Our Procedures for Bespoke aluminum enclosure:

1.The customer provide a sample or drawing(in stp, step, igs, pdf or cad format) to us, these information must be very clear ie. Material , Surface treatment, Tolerance, Order quantity,special requirement, packaging requirement etc.
2.After our sales translated some notes on the drawing into Chinese, our engineer will evaluate the production cost for the part. If there are any questions or problems on the drawing, we will communicate with the client at once by email or by Whatsapp. We will audit the price and send quotation to the client ASAP. 
3.Negotiate with the client about the order and confirm the payment terms, delivery time
and shipping cost. We always try our best to provide best service to our clients, if they need a shipping agent, we will recommend a reliable and trustworthy one for them to make sure deliver the goods timely and costly.  
4.During production, our sales will update the status weekly by email.
5.Once finish production, we will inform you to pay the balance, then arrange the shipment for you. 
6.After the client receive the products, please give us feedback about our product quality. If the parts were damaged or ruined during shipment, we would arrange new one to replace of bad parts for our clients.

Q&A:

1. Q: What is Passivation? 
A:The passivate process is designed to remove foreign metals and oils (usually from machining) from the surface of stainless steel. The end finish will not change the dimension of the part nor the overall appearance of the base metal. Passivation purifies the surface of a machined part and therefore improves corrosion resistance. 

2.Q: What is Tempering?
A:Tempering: Hardening a material increases internal stresses and tempering will relieve those stresses. The material will go through a similar 3 steps process at hardening, although it is done at lower temperatures. The cooling process for tempering is almost always done in air and not a liquid.
