Our Procedures for Manufacturing the Parts:

1.The customer provide a sample or drawing(in stp, step, igs, pdf or cad format) to us, these information must be very clear ie. Material , Surface treatment, Tolerance, Order quantity,special requirement, packaging requirement etc.
2.After our sales translated some notes on the drawing into Chinese, our engineer will evaluate the production cost for the part. If there are any questions or problems on the drawing, we will communicate with the client at once by email or by Whatsapp. We will audit the price and send quotation to the client ASAP. 
3.Negotiate with the client about the order and confirm the payment terms, delivery time
and shipping cost. We always try our best to provide best service to our clients, if they need a shipping agent, we will recommend a reliable and trustworthy one for them to make sure deliver the goods timely and costly.  
4.During production, our sales will update the status weekly by email.
5.Once finish production, we will inform you to pay the balance, then arrange the shipment for you. 
6.After the client receive the products, please give us feedback about our product quality. If the parts were damaged or ruined during shipment, we would arrange new one to replace of bad parts for our clients.

1. Q: What is zinc phosphating in surface treatment? 
A:Zinc phosphating is used to coat ferrous metals to provide rust-proofing and, when applied in conjunction with sealers, superior corrosion protection.  Zinc phosphate is a lighter coating than manganese phosphate and is used as an alternative coating for high wear parts.  Phosphate coatings are porous, making them ideal for surface preparation for additional coatings and painting. The zinc phosphate coating protects the underlying part surface from wear, corrosion, and rust. 
  
2. Q: Does SJ offer secondary processes and assembly service?
A: Usually, we provide surface treatment of High precision hydraulic part such as anodization, hard anodization, heat treatment etc. But we dont have service for assembly.
