1.The customer provide a sample or drawing(in stp, step, igs, pdf or cad format) to us, these information must be very clear ie. Material , Surface treatment, Tolerance, Order quantity,special requirement, packaging requirement etc.
2.After our sales translated some notes on the drawing into Chinese, our engineer will evaluate the production cost for the part. If there are any questions or problems on the drawing, we will communicate with the client at once by email or by Whatsapp. We will audit the price and send quotation to the client ASAP. 
3.Negotiate with the client about the order and confirm the payment terms, delivery time
and shipping cost. We always try our best to provide best service to our clients, if they need a shipping agent, we will recommend a reliable and trustworthy one for them to make sure deliver the goods timely and costly.  
4.During production, our sales will update the status weekly by email.
5.Once finish production, we will inform you to pay the balance, then arrange the shipment for you. 
6.After the client receive the products, please give us feedback about our product quality. If the parts were damaged or ruined during shipment, we would arrange new one to replace of bad parts for our clients.

1.Q: What is gold plating? 
A: Other than its aesthetic appearance, gold plating has many useful characteristics. The first being that it provides excellent corrosion and tarnish resistance. Second, gold plating is a great finish if conductivity is a major concern. One of the important characteristics of gold plating is that it has an extremely low contact resistance for electricity. A:Phosphate is a coating that is often used on steel parts in order to provide corrosion protection, lubricity, or as a pretreatment for further coatings such as paint or powder coating. Typically, once a part has been phosphated, a further coating of oil is applied which will further increase the corrosion protection of the part. The finish provided by the phosphate coating will be gray to black in appearance.
