Factory and Delivery

1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: SJ is a manufacturer for cnc machining metal parts including automotive parts, hydraulic parts,  home appliances parts,automated machines’ parts etc.

2. Q: What kind of machines do you have in your factory?

A: We have cnc machining center, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, driller, grinder etc.

3. Q: Can you make the sample for the client?

A: If the client can provide the 2D and 3D file, or a sample with detailed specifications, we can make the sample as per its detailed requirement.

4. Q: How long is your lead time?

A: For sample orders, it will take 7-10 days, for mass production order, it will take 15-25 days, it depends on client’s order quantity.

5. Q: Where is your factory location?

A: Our factory located in Dongguan city next to Shenzhen city which is a famous machining center in China.

6. Q: Do you have MOQ for machining metal parts?

A:  We can do 1 pcs for the client, also accept bulk orders.

7. Q: If the client provide a sample to you, can you produce the same one as per this sample?

A: Yes, we can. First, we need do 3D output to this sample;Second, ask engineer to make a 2D and 3D file; Third, we will make a sample. After samples got client’s approval, we will do mass production.

8. Q: Can you arrange shipping goods for the client?

A: We will recommend a shipping agent which can ship to the client costly and fastly.

9. Q: How can you guarantee the authenticity of the material?

A: Once the material reach our factory, we will send the material sample to inspection authority to inspect its composition of the material, we will provide testing report to the client.

10. Q: After placed order, how can i know my product progress?

A: We will send picture and production progress schedule to you weekly.

11. Q: If we cant find the required material in local market, shall we change to another material?

A: Yes, but you need get client’s approval before change to another material.

12. Q: How will you pack the products?

A: Well, we will use neutral packaging and EPE to protect the metal products to avoid of damage during transportation.  

13. Q:What kind of products SJ were manufactured in the past?

A: SJ produced machined metal parts of motorcycle, scooter, skateboard, consumer product, jigs and fixtures for mobile, mould, 3C products etc.

14. Q: What type of files you can accept?

A:We can accept solid 3D CAD models from other CAD systems output in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp),  or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) format. Two-dimensional (2D) drawings arealso accepted.

15. Q: Does SJ offer secondary processes and assembly service?

A: Usually, we provide surface treatment of the machined part such as anodizing, hard anodizing, powder painting, sand blasting, heat treatment etc. But we dont have service for assembly.

16. Q: What documents SJ will provide to the client?

A: SJ will provide these documents including：FAIR report, Material Data Sheet, ROHS report, Inspection Report.     

17. Q:What advantages does SJ have for machining metal parts?

A: Firstly, we have more than 40 skilled engineering technicians to design and manufacture cnc machined parts; Secondly, our factory has various machines to meet client’s demands; Thirdly, we can find economic and fastest shipping agent for our clients; Fourthly, we will handle the quotation and complaints within 48 hours.

18.Q:Is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required to do business withSJ?

A:An NDA is not necessary to do business withSJ. When uploading your CAD model to our site, we employ state-of-the-art encryption and anything you upload is protected by confidentiality obligations. For more information, contact your account representative.

19. Q:What is your workshop’s operation schedule?

A: Our workshop works 6 days a week, and 24 hours a day in 2 shifts.

20. Q: What is your payment terms for custom CNC parts?

A: Our payment terms: 40% paid in T/T advance with PO, 60% paid before shipment.
